Originally constructed in 1814 as the Columbia Building, this half of the structure once stood at the corner of Main and Elm Street, where Cornerstone Bank resides today. In 1893, the building was carefully relocated to its current site at the corner of Foster Street and Wardwell Court. Just a year later, it expanded to include three-bedroom units, central hallways, and a fresh stucco exterior—becoming a nine-unit residence that stood the test of time.
